Description
As the lead general designer, general contractor, and sole supplier of construction and finishing materials, parquet, marble, lighting, furniture, and engineering equipment, our role in this project was comprehensive. Acting as the client's single point of contact, we provided an all-encompassing solution, serving as both the creative mind and the executor of the project.
For the design, we adopted a neutral milky palette throughout common areas and passageways, including the living room and dining areas. This choice creates a serene and inviting atmosphere, enhancing the spaciousness of the apartment. Complementing this neutral base, specific spaces like the kitchen and wine room were adorned with the rich texture of natural wood.
In these distinctive areas, we sourced materials from renowned manufacturers such as Faoma and Officine Gullo, ensuring the highest quality and a touch of sophistication. The kitchen, crafted with the expertise of Faoma, exudes a warm and tactile ambiance with its natural wood texture, making it a focal point of culinary creativity. The wine room, featuring materials from Officine Gullo, is a testament to both functionality and luxury, creating a space where connoisseurs can indulge in their passion.
This approach not only simplifies the project implementation for the client but also ensures a cohesive and harmonious design throughout the expansive five-bedroom apartment. Our role as both designer and executor allows for a seamless integration of creative vision and meticulous construction, resulting in a residence that reflects the client's desires and our commitment to excellence.
