Embarking on the journey of conceptualizing the 335-square-meter apartment, we ventured into the realm of Belgian chic, a departure from conventional motifs. Within this abode, classical elements like rounded cornices and baroque influences gracefully yielded to a vision characterized by modernity and a sense of spatial intrigue. The centerpiece became the expansive living room, adorned with panoramic windows and a distinctive fan-shaped layout. Soft oval forms of sofas, juxtaposed with geometric velvet patterns and textures of rare woods like ebony and birch root, manifested a luxurious aesthetic.

A pivotal focus was directed towards multimedia integration and home automation. The living space seamlessly transformed into a technological haven, where automation systems, equipped with the latest innovations, orchestrated a symphony of modern convenience. This deliberate fusion of aesthetics and technology ensures that the apartment not only captivates with its visual allure but also caters to the contemporary lifestyle demands of its occupants.

Moving beyond the private realms, the entrance hall and transitional zones emerged as statements of refined elegance. Silk fabric, adorned with canvas-inspired patterns, set the tone, complemented by contrasting elements of an ebony wood panel and birch root. The elongated corridor, reimagined as a home library, became a journey through literature, accentuated by illuminated bookshelves that added intellectual richness to the ambiance.
