The architectural project of the house is uniquely situated in a closed club village, nestled within a true coniferous forest abundant with tall spruces. The form and materials of the house were chosen with the utmost respect for the surrounding nature, aiming to preserve its integrity. The house is integrated into the existing forest on the plot, carefully designed to save as many tall spruces as possible.
The architecture of the house is not just placed on the land; it does not stand in contrast to nature but rather melds seamlessly into the landscape. Cor-ten steel is used to complement the texture of the surrounding spruce and pine trunks, blending the house into the forest backdrop. The heavy stone stylobate of the first floor serves as an allegory of reliability and protection. Its hefty and monolithic design on the entrance side of the house offers privacy and security from outside views. In contrast, the light second floor, constructed of steel with large windows and thin membranes, evokes a sense of lightness and technological sophistication.
In the landscape design, a portion of the untouched forest floor is preserved, complete with its native ferns and hazel bushes, maintaining the natural beauty and integrity of the site. The house
features modern architecture with large windows, harmonizing the interior with the surrounding forest. On the first floor, the view is oriented towards the forest, offering a serene and immersive natural experience. The leisure rooms on the rear facade of the house boast stunning views of the forest, creating a serene retreat for relaxation and contemplation.
The front facade of the house, facing the approach road, consists of wardrobes, corridors, and auxiliary rooms that act as a buffer between the private areas and the driveway. In this closed village setting, the entire front facade forms a boundary between the driveway and the backyard, ensuring privacy and security.
The house includes a dedicated staff block with a technical kitchen, a SPA area complete with a hammam, sauna, and relaxation room, a study, a garage for two cars, and a guest parking area with three spaces. The second floor houses three children's bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and wardrobe, and a master suite featuring a large bathroom and two wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, offering secluded outdoor spaces for relaxation and enjoying the natural surroundings.
This project is a thoughtful integration of modern architecture and natural beauty, creating a living space that is both luxurious and harmonious with its forest environment.
